Greetings, fans of Team Fortress 2, regular readers and people who have found this by accident looking for information on golden keys !
Last week saw the Engineer Update, which completed the first of the circles for updates to the game and gave classes - including - new weapons for our charismatic engineer. However, I will not detail the particulars of the case. Any fan of the game and know everything about it, and whoever does not can be found in the official TF2 blog or other specialized pages.
Today I would speak, or rather complain about the seemingly poor job being done by translators TF2 for months, and has been fulfilled my biggest fears with this update.
For those who are not very aware of the game or who play in English because it is cool , I recall a previous post (in The 9th Circle of Hell) which commented on the wonderful translation that had been received the clever names of weapons and achievements .
In strange contrast, a few months ago the situation began to change. And new objects ( most designed by the community) but no changes to the text file in Castilian .
For months we look for the translators showed signs of life, and finally have. However, the result, in my opinion, is far from satisfactory.
For the first time in months, the text file that I mentioned has been changed. It is true, and understandable that the contents of that update (ie, weapons and achievements of the Engineer, new main menu, training mode, etc) have not been translated yet. The translator did not get the text this week, much less have had time to deal with it in such a short time.

However, these improvements are not complete source of joy, as a further analysis of the file text reveals ... Sound voltage! ... That have previous weapons DESTRADUCCIÓN suffered !

Exactly. All previous weapons from the Dispensing Duplicant Reed to have returned to their original names in English. Call me alarmist, but something tells me that the translator of TF2 is tired of making up funny names for it then most people play in English. Shame give.
Some have told me they can be a mistake, and that in the next update be sure that we return to our beloved written Focata F. Allow me to hesitate, as this "error" is too suspicious. For starters, when translating an update is done on the text file already had (obviously to avoid having to re-translate everything), so everything was ready, did not have to touch anything. Secondly, only the weapons have suffered this destraducción . Hats, miscellaneous items, and even made objects (hello, scrap level 1) are fully translated.
Is this the revenge of a translator dissatisfaction with the little credit they get the job? Does anyone in the corridors of Valve has decided that it can dispense with the location? Perhaps it was a Spy disguised as a translator, who has put his right wing bent? Well, better not to mention the dubbing ... I've already complained enough for today ...
Anyway, if they intend to relinquish occurrences as brilliant as "The Caparazumbador", "The Focata" or "Hacherminador" which does not count me out. I will fight to reclaim our right to a TF2 entirely in Castilian. I'll translate it myself if necessary. Who's with me?
